JOHANNESBURG – The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry and Parliament’s SAPS ad hoc committee probing corruption allegations have been running in parallel.

Witness testimonies before both the Madlanga Commission and Parliament have revealed the depth of corruption and the infiltration of organised crime, allegedly linked to the so-called ‘Big Five’ cartel.
